Product strategy is the foundation of any great product team, yet unfortunately it is often neglected due to the day-to-day pressures of discovery and delivery. In this workshop, you will learn:

  • What is the role of product strategy and why it is important
  • The key elements of a successful product vision
  • Fundamentals of strategy, including key frameworks and approaches
  • What does a good product strategy look like?
  • How does product strategy align with wider business and growth strategy
  • How do product strategy and tech strategy fit together
